For this project, I was tasked with creating a concept for a public space installation to be exhibited in a local area in Maryland. As someone passionate about wildlife and environmental conservation, I chose to center my concept around these themes, aiming to raise awareness and engage the community in the importance of protecting our natural resources
The process involved extensive research, including understanding the area’s history and determining the ideal location for the installation. I also defined the target audience and crafted the overall narrative and design for the piece. The final deliverables included detailed mock-ups of the installation and visual representations of how it would look within the chosen location, bringing the concept to life
This project allowed me to blend my design skills with my personal values, creating a meaningful and thought-provoking installation that seeks to inform and inspire the local community at all ages

The Completed Project
Below are the mock-ups showcasing how the installation would be integrated into the fence at Quail Run Dog Park. These visual representations help illustrate the scale and placement of the concept within the park’s environment, providing a sense of how the installation would interact with the space and its surroundings
Below are the final deliverables for this project. The quotes featured on the main sign were carefully selected to inspire action and reflection, encouraging viewers to engage with the message of environmental conservation and the importance of protecting our planet
